Step 1; The Blots & Blemishes
The first thing I like to do is to get rid of those blemishes. In this shot, they are quite obvious (and quite ugly!). Getting rid of these is quite simple, thanks to the Clone Tool. You will see in the image below, a section of the toolbar. The clone tool is the 5th item down from the top, in the left column; it looks like a rubber stamp. Selecting this, changes the cursor to a circle.
